Sponsored by Riffa Golf Club and its community, Albasta Market was a grassroots initiative that gave small to medium enterprises the opportunity to showcase, sell, and connect directly with the public. The quarterly event focused on celebrating local crafts, produce, and cuisine, while fostering community support for Bahrain’s creative and entrepreneurial talent.
For the brand identity, I developed a concept rooted in Bahraini heritage, drawing inspiration from the traditional art of palm-leaf weaving. This motif became central to the icon design and was complemented by a palette of fresh, natural, and modern colours that reflected the vibrancy of the market. To align with the event’s collaborative and sustainable ethos, I ensured that all marketing materials and collaterals were produced using recycled, natural, and biodegradable resources wherever possible.
